You can make a complaint to the PPSB in several ways:

In Person
Visit any PPSB office or police station to make your complaint in person.
By Phone

By Post
Send a written complaint to the PPSB head office address.
Time limit: You should make your complaint as soon as possible, ideally within 12 months of the incident. However, the PPSB may consider complaints made after this period in exceptional circumstances.
