PCAS helps you submit a police complaint quickly and securely.
About PCAS: We are an independent, non-profit organization that helps citizens make complaints against the Ghana Police Service. We are not part of the government or the PPSB - we provide free, impartial assistance to ensure your voice is heard.
Warning
Not for emergencies. If someone is in danger or a crime is in progress, call 191.
How it works
- You submit a complaint to PCAS.
- We review it for completeness.
- We send it to the Ghana Police Service by email or by courier/in‑person delivery.
- The police acknowledge your complaint and may contact you for more information.
- The police investigate and send the outcome to you directly (not to PCAS).
If you don’t hear back
- No acknowledgement within 28 days – contact us and we will update/follow up your complaint.
- No written outcome within 3 months – contact us and we will update your complaint.
