About PCAS: We are an independent, non-profit organization that helps citizens make complaints against the Ghana Police Service. We are not part of the government or the PPSB - we provide free, impartial assistance to ensure your voice is heard.

How we can help

As an independent organization, PCAS provides support for:

  • Guidance on making a complaint against the Ghana Police Service
  • Technical support with the online complaint form
  • Information about the complaint process and your rights
  • Help accessing your submitted complaint
  • General enquiries about police complaint procedures
