PCAS helps you generate a complaint letter and form, which you can send to the police through us or print and deliver yourself.

How it works

  1. You submit a complaint to PCAS.
  2. We review it for completeness.
  3. We send it to the Ghana Police Service by email or by courier/in‑person delivery (or you can print and deliver it yourself).
  4. The police acknowledge your complaint and may contact you for more information.
  5. The police investigate and send the outcome to you directly (not to PCAS).
